This page explains what JAI Systems LLC collects when you use this website or send us a message, what we do with it, and how to ask us about it. We have kept it in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

JAI Systems LLC, based in Pooler, Georgia, United States. You can reach us through the form on the Contact page.

What we collect

If you send us a message through the Contact page, we receive what you enter: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the options you choose, and your message. If you simply browse the site, our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, the pages requested and the browser used, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not collect payment information on this site.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To keep automated spam out of the Contact form, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you submit the form. If we add an analytics or advertising tool in the future, we will update this page first and, where the law or good practice requires it, ask for your consent.

How we use what you send

To read and reply to your inquiry; to keep a record of inquiries so we know what we discussed if we work together; and to run and protect the website. We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Who handles it on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle messages: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and receives form submissions; Zapier, which passes each submission to our records and our inbox; Google Workspace, which delivers email to us; and Notion, where we keep our records. Each of them processes your information only to provide its service to us. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records until we have closed the inquiry and for twelve months afterward, then delete them, unless we are working together under a written agreement, in which case that agreement governs.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the Contact page and tell us which you want; we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a place whose law gives you additional rights, you have those rights too.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to reply to you, protect the accounts that hold it with strong authentication, and use providers that encrypt data in transit. No method is perfect, which is why we ask you not to send passwords, account numbers or customer records through the form.

Where it is processed

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to us in the United States.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
